Terms & Conditions

We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order. We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail (or by telephone where an e-mail address is not available) but any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt.  We also reserve the right to refuse any order.

All products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. Images of products on this site are for guidance only and colours may differ slightly. All prices include VAT at 17.5%.

Goods for sale on www.proshopdirect.co.uk are new and supplied with the manufacturer's or our own full warranty unless otherwise stated. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods (excluding custom fit orders). If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us in an unused condition.

If you purchase an item from us that is in any way faulty, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. Proof of purchase will be required.

In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale, at any point prior to shipping. We will contact you if such a situation arises.
