Information
All UK orders for golf products and golf equipment are delivered via our designated domestic courier, ParcelForce and also by Royal Mail. Deliveries are generally made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) between 08:30am and 6.00pm. If you do not receive your parcel or a calling card on the expected day of delivery please contact us immediately on 0844 800 9529 or e-mail info@proshopdirect.co.uk

Deliveries require a signature but you can choose to have your order of golf products delivered to a different address than the billing address if it would be more convenient to receive at work.

In the event that you are not home when our couriers attempt to deliver they will try to deliver to your next door neighbour and will put a card through your door to let your know where your parcel is. If there is no-one available to sign, they will leave a card stating that they have attempted delivery and will try again on the next working day (not Sat/Sun). If you call the number on the card, the couriers will arrange re-delivery on another day convenient to you; you can also arrange to collect your parcel from the depot if you prefer.

After the 1st delivery attempt the parcel will only be held for 5 working days; any parcels not delivered or collected within 5 days of the 1st attempted delivery will automatically be returned to Pro Shop Direct. Please do not delay making contact with ourselves or the couriers to arrange re-delivery or collection of your parcel. A charge may be incurred if a third attempt at delivery is required.

Pro Shop Direct offer a fast home delivery service, and all orders over £75 in value are shipped free of charge (UK only).
